Today I took Alina’s class for the first time. Alina was awesome! She is very personable and gets to know the clients before class. She is very well spoken and had a great tone throughout class also brought lots of positive energy that kept us motivated when we were getting tired. It was a great class and I can’t wait to take more with her.

At 85 I was surprised by the benefits of Pilates. I was already doing physiotherapy for injuries from falls. I discovered that the increased flexibility and strength from Pilates improved my ability to do the physiotherapy.
